Speculation was going on. Accordingly, Oppo launched the new flagship series of smartphones. The name of the new series is Oppo Reno 5 Series. For now, Oppo has appeared with two models in this series. And those two models are Reno 5 and Reno 5 Pro. Both the smartphones also have 5G supported, latest Android operating system, and the primary camera of both the phones is 64MP.
Apache has launched these two handsets in China. It will also appear in India at the beginning of the new year. The 8GB + 128GB storage variants of the Reno 5 Pro are priced at 3399 yuan (about Rs 38,300 in Indian prices). Again, the 12GB + 256GB storage option of this model is priced at 3799 yuan (Rs. 42,800 in Indian price). The Reno 5 Pro with colour options like Glitter Blue, Aurora Blue, Midnight Black etc. will be on sale in China from December 18.
On the other hand, the base model i.e. 8GB + 128GB storage of Reno 5 is priced at 2699 yuan (Indian price is Rs. 30,400). 12GB + 256GB version of the phone costs 2999 yuan (price of 33.750 Indian rupees.)
In Reno to get 5-of Specifications -This handset has a 6.43-inch Full HD + OLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. As a processor, this phone is powered by a very powerful Snapdragon 765G chipset, with Adreno 620 GPU attached. The Reno 5 smartphone basically has two storage options, 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB storage. Android 11’s ColorOS 11.1 is given as the operating system in this handset.
In terms of camera, the Reno 5 smartphone has a 64MP primary sensor. There is also an 8MP and two separate cameras of 2MP with macro and mono portrait lenses. This phone has a 32MP sensor as the front facing camera. The Reno 5 base model is powered by a 4300mAh battery, which supports 65W super flash fast charging. Other features include 5G SA / NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, 3.5mm headphone jack, In-display fingerprint sensor, GPS / GLONASS / Beidou and USB Type- C.
Specifications of Reno 5 Pro -Oppo’s high-end model has a 6.55-inch Full HD + OLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. As a processor, the phone has an Octa-Core Dimensity 1000+ processor, which again has a Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. The Reno 5 Pro phone basically has two storage variants 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. It has Android 11 ColorOS 11.1 as the operating system.
Like the base model, the Reno 5 Pro handset has a quad rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor. It also has an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens and another 2MP mono portrait lens. This phone has a 32MP selfie shooter as the front facing camera. The 4350mAh battery Reno 5 Pro smartphone supports 65W super flash fast charging. Other features include 5G SA / NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, in-display fingerprint sensor, GPS / GLONASS / Beidou, NFC and USB Type-C port.
