Vodafone Idea appeared with new surprises in the new year. The telco is offering customers 50GB of additional data for free. Customers will get this special offer on Vi’s Rs 1499 plan. Some of the previously selected customers were offered this additional 50GB of data. But from now on the news is that the plan is going to be available for all the customers.
Vi’s 1499 RS Prepaid Recharge Plan – The
1499 RS Prepaid Recharge Pack offers customers a total of 24GB of high-speed data. Customers of Vodafone Idea get the opportunity to send 3600 SMS for free with free calling on any network in the country. The validity of this plan is 356 days or one year.
New customers of Vi would get the opportunity to use additional 50GB of data by recharging this prepaid plan of Rs 1499 after purchasing the SIM. Vodafone Idea also offered an additional 50GB of data to a select few customers.
From now on, all users will get 50GB extra data for free if they recharge the prepaid pack of RS 1499. All in all, Vi customers can enjoy 24GB + 50GB = 74GB internet in this 1499 RS data add-on pack. Meanwhile, Vi customers are also complaining about this recharge plan. A number of Vi users have expressed their displeasure on Twitter that this add-on pack of Flash Cell does not match any additional data. A V subscriber named Rakesh Rawat wrote on Twitter, ‘Vodafone Idea is a fraudulent company. As the Vi app shows, 50GB extra data is being offered in the Rs 1499 recharge pack. Meanwhile, when I recharged, I was not given any additional data until after a long time.
