The speculation started, the unannounced smartphone is called Samsung Galaxy A82 5G , which is actually the next generation of Samsung Galaxy A80 series. This same device is now seen on the Bluetooth SIG Certification website. Besides, the price of Samsung Galaxy A82 model has also been leaked online. The biggest features of the Samsung Galaxy A82 5G phone have been leaked to a Dutch website Galaxy Club. The phone is being given a quad-rear camera setup with a primary sensor of 64MP. According to the report, this 64MP sensor of the phone is actually Sony IMX686 and never Samsung ISOCELL GW1. It is also learned that the Samsung Galaxy A82 5G model is being given a Qualcomm chipset and will feature Quantum Random Number Generator. This state-of-the-art technology will further enhance on-device data encryption. As a result, the Galaxy A82 5G will be more secure than other Samsung models.
According to the Galaxy Club report, Samsung does not want to launch the Galaxy A82 5G phone in Europe in the first place. Instead, Samsung aims to launch the phone in several other countries, including its home country of South Korea. India is also on that list. However, Samsung has not yet announced when the phone will be launched.
According to the Geekbench listing, this Samsung Galaxy A82 5G smartphone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor, which will be paired with 6GB RAM. The phone scored 2,630 points in the multi-core test and 755 points in Geekbench’s single-core test. On the other hand, according to the SIG certification website, Bluetooth v5.0 is being offered for connectivity in the Samsung Galaxy A82 5G smartphone.
As you may remember, the Samsung Galaxy A80 model was given an impeccable camera mechanism. The rear camera of this phone allows users to use it as a front facing camera. That means selfies or video calls can be made using the back camera. It is reported that this same feature may be offered in Samsung Galaxy A82 5G model again.
The price of Samsung Galaxy A82 handset was also leaked a few days ago. According to Seiu, the phone will be priced between US 6 620 and US 7 710, which is around Rs 45,000 to Rs 51,700 in Indian price. It is also learned that the phone may be launched on June 8, 2021
