Samsung launched the Galaxy Chromebook 2 laptop as the success model of the Galaxy Chromebook, which debuted in the first quarter of last year. It is the first Chromebook in the world to come with a QLED display. Even with the same name, don’t confuse it with OLED panels. It is actually an LED-backlit LCD display, which uses Samsung’s Quantum-Dot technology. Samsung, the successor to the original Galaxy Chromebook. Also retains the one-in-one form factor in this model. Samsung has supported the Universal Stylus Initiative (USI) pen on this new Chromebook. Available in Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2, Intel Celeron and 10th generation Intel Core i3 processor variants with high speed Wi-Fi connectivity option.

According to The Verge, the base model of the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2 with Intel Celeron 5205U processor with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage is priced at 549 (approximately Rs. 40,200). Priced at 699 (Rs. 51,300), the model comes with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, and Intel Core i3-10110U processor configuration. The laptop will be available in Fiesta Red and Mercury Gray colour options. It will be available for purchase in the United States before the end of the first quarter of this year.

The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2 has a 13.3-inch touch supported display with full HD resolution (1080×1920 pixels). The processor with Intel Ultra HD graphics will be Intel Celeron 5205U or Intel Core i3-10110U. The laptop has up to 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Storage can be expanded via microSD card. Users can access the Google Play Store on laptops because it is powered by Google’s Chrome OS.
It comes with a new Lattice keyboard that provides more spacious keycaps and brighter backlighting. You will get HD webcam on the laptop for video calling. You will get a 45.5 Watt hr battery in the laptop for power backup. For connectivity options, it has two USB Type-C ports, a headphone / mic combo jack, a microSD card slot and Bluetooth 5.0.
