Oppo’s next flagship smartphone is set to launch on December 10th. There will be a total of two smartphones in this series, Reno 5 5G and Reno Pro 5G. Almost all the possible features of these two phones have already been leaked. According to a recent report, there will be another phone in this series called Oppo Reno Pro + 5G.
However, no official announcement has been made by the company about the Oppo Reno Pro + 5G phone yet. However, according to sources, this phone may have a quad camera setup on the back. And the primary lens of that camera setup could be the 50MP Sony IMX7xx series. It has also been reported to have a 12MP telephoto sensor, which again will have 2x optical zoom. There will also be a 16MP ultra-wide unit as the third sensor. However, nothing is known yet about the fourth sensor of this phone’s camera.
A recent report by GSMArena has revealed all such information. The report also states that the Reno 5 Pro + 5G smartphone may have Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset as the processor. Incidentally, Oppo is going to make a plain leather version of the back of one of the smartphones, which is going to be the company’s first handset to have an electrochromic rear panel. Speculation is rife that this Oppo Reno Pro + 5G model may be given that amazing feature.
On the other hand, the Reno 5 smartphone has a 6.43-inch full HD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The first phone in the new flagship series, the Reno 5, is offered with a 4,300mAh battery. The handset also has a triple camera setup with a primary sensor of 64MP. The phone is also rumoured to have an 8MP secondary sensor and another 2MP sensor.
Oppo Reno 5 Pro model has a 6.55-inch display. The battery of the phone is going to be 4,350mAh. This smartphone has the same camera specifications as the Reno 5 model. In terms of processor, the Oppo Reno 5 Pro handset is expected to feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 1000+ chipset.
