Just a week ago, the all-India smartphone was launched by the domestic brand Lava, which allows customers to customize the features at will. However, for those who want to buy handsets made by other domestic brands besides Lava, L is a new option in the market. In fact, an Indian company called Trio Mobiles has today launched four Make in India feature phones under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s self-reliance program. These new models called Trio T8 Boss, T4 Power, T4 Jazz and T3 Magic will be available in the market soon. It is also learned that the company is planning to launch new smartphones and accessories in the coming days.
Speaking of specifications, these new feature phones from Trio have dual SIM support, large display, long battery, video / audio player, wireless FM, Bluetooth, torch, auto-call recording, multi-language etc. The price of the phones is not yet known, but it is expected to be available at around Rs 1,000.
In this context, Trio Mobiles has a complete in-house R&D (research and development) and manufacturing setup in Noida. The company is closely involved in the introduction and development of domestic mobile handsets across the Asia region. It has brought many feature phones to the market before. Not only that, Trio Mobile has an experienced team that is associated with several top multinational brands.
About the launch of the new phones, Nikhil Chopra, a veteran industry expert and business head, said the brand will sell these new feature phones in India through ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and offline distributors. In addition, more than 500 service canters will be available in all the states of the country which will further expand the network of the organization. However, Trio wants to make the country’s Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and rural areas where there is a significant demand for feature phones a bird’s eye view.
