Micromax IN 1b launched in India last month. This time Micromax’s cheap smartphone is going to appear in the sale. The phone was supposed to go on sale on November 26. But instead of that, Micromax IN 1b is finally appearing in the sale on December 10. The 2GB + 32GB variants of the phone are priced at Rs 6,999. On the other hand, the 4GB + 64GB model is priced at just Rs 7,999.
Shortly after the announcement of the comeback, Micromax appeared in India with two smartphones. Those two handsets have a Micromax IN 1b. On the other hand, another phone of the company i.e. Micromax IN Note has already started selling for only Rs 10,000.
Micromax IN 1b Features and Price
The Micromax IN 1b handset has a 6.5-inch Mini Drop HD + display with an aspect ratio of 20: 9 and a brightness of 400 nits. Micromax’s new smartphone has a MediaTek Helio G35 octa-core processor with a clock rate of 2.3Ghz. This powerful chipset is again paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage.
In terms of camera, this Micromax IN 1b model has two rear camera options, with a primary sensor of 13MP. This phone also has a 2MP sensor. An 8MP sensor is provided for selfies on the front of the phone. Micromax’s new smartphone has a 5000mAh battery, which supports fast charging up to 10W. The phone has a USB Type-C port.
Why Delay?
On November 26, Micromax issued a statement following the delay in the launch date of this IN 1b phone. There, it is written on behalf of the company, ‘Today, for some reason, we are not able to release the IN 1b smartphone as planned. We could not sell this phone in the sale today due to logistics problems. We will be back soon with a new sale date’.
IN 1b launched in India with IN Note 1 smartphone. The Micromax IN Note 1 has a 6.67-inch full HD + punch-hole display. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 processor and is paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The phone has a 48MP AI Quad camera as the primary camera. A 16 MP front camera is provided on the front of the phone for selfies. The Micromax IN Note 1 smartphone has a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 18W fast charging.
