Huami is responsible for creating Xiaomi’s Mi Band. Their app is Zepp. This app is used for Amazfit and Zepp smartwatches. A user of the Geekdoing forum found a codename “Pangu” in the code of this app . He claims that this codename will be used for Mi Band 6.
As claimed by forum users, the Mi Band 6 smart band will come with the XMSH16HM model number and will have two variants – NFC Support (China) and Without Support (Global Market). The band is said to have SpO2 sensor and Alexa support for measuring oxygen in the blood.
Not only that, the user said, Mr. Band will come with a total of 30 activity modes including dance, cricket, basketball. Mi Band 5 was launched with 11 relevant activity modes. Again, the new band may have built-in GPS. Not only that, it is expected to have a bigger screen than the Mi Band 5 (1.1 inches).
