Lava launched three new tabs in India, mainly with students in mind. Those tabs have been launched as part of Lava’s education series. The three tablets include Magnum XL, Aura and Ivory, which range in price from Rs 9,000 to Rs 15,000. Besides, Lava has tied the knot with EduSaksham. This EduSaksham app is being built-in on every tab. With the help of this, students will be able to do various courses for free.
These three Lava tablets are only available from Flipkart. The most expensive of these is the Lava Magnum XL, priced at Rs 15,499 in India (launch offer Rs 11,999). This tab has a metallic finish with dark Gray shades. In terms of price, it is followed by Lava Aura, which is priced at Rs 12,999 (launch offer is Rs 9,999). This model also has a metallic finish. The least expensive of these is the Lava Ivory. The tablet will be available for just Rs 9,499 (launch offer Rs 7,399).
In terms of specifications, the Lava Magnum XL has a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with a brightness of 390 nits. This tab has a 2MP front camera, a 5MP rear camera. 32GB internal storage is provided in this tab. Users can also expand the memory up to 256GB with the help of microSD card. For performance, the Lava Magnum XL is powered by a MediaTek 2GHz processor and a 6,100mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Lava Aura tab has an 8-inch display and 32GB of onboard storage. This tab has a microSD card slot, which can be used to expand the storage up to 256GB. In terms of camera department, this tablet has 8MP rear and 5MP front camera. For performance, this tab has a MediaTek 2GHz processor and a 5,100mAh battery.
The cheapest tablet in this series, the Lava Ivory, has a slightly smaller screen size of 7 inches. 16GB of internal storage is provided in this tab and it also supports expandable storage up to 256GB. In terms of camera department, a 5MP rear camera, a 2MP selfie camera is provided in the Lava Ivory tablet. But the most interesting aspect is the design. The Lava Ivory tab has a hair brush textured finish.
