Famous for gaming laptops, Razer launched the lightweight and slimly designed productivity laptop Razer Book 13. Made from anodized aluminium, the laptop features Intel Eleventh Generation processor, 4K touch display, anti-ghost RGB lighting keyboard and Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 support. It is currently available for pre-order in the United States.
Prices and Availability
The Razer Book 13 has been launched in the US in three configurations. The model with Intel Eleventh Generation Core i5-1135G7 processor and full HD non-touch screen with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD storage is priced at 1,199$ (around Rs 80,000 in Indian currency). The model with Intel Eleventh Generation i7-1165G7 processor and full HD touch screen with 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD storage is priced at 1,599$ (Rs 1,18,500). The latest 4K touch screen with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD storage model will cost 1,999$ (Rs 1,48,000). Although launched in the US, it is not yet clear whether Razor is going to bring this laptop to the Indian market.
Razer Book 13 Specifications and Features
Let’s first come to the context of the screen. All three models of laptops have a 13.4-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It has an aspect ratio of 18:10 and a narrow bezel around the display. The refresh rate of this display with 16-degree wide angle view is 60 Hz.
The thickness of the Razer Book 13 laptop is 15 mm and according to the model it weighs only 1.34-1.45 kg. The laptop will run on Windows Ten Home operating system and has Intel Iris XE graphics. Razer has also provided vapor chamber cooling system in this laptop. So, the user does not have to face the problem of generating excessive heat on the laptop. It also has a 55 Wh capacity battery. Which will also support 85-watt fast charging. It will have Windows Hello to unlock the laptop easily. This laptop has dual speakers and THX special audio to give the user a unique sound listening experience. On the laptop you will find Thunderbolt 4 port, USB 3.1 Generation One Type-A port, HDMI 2.0 port and micro SD slot and headphone jack as connectivity options. The laptop has an HD webcam for video chat.
