Redmi 9A was launched in India a few days ago. The entry-level smartphone starts at Rs 8,899 in India. The Redmi 9 has been launched in India with two storage – 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage and 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. However, today in China, the company has launched a 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant of Redmi 9A. Hopefully this variant will also come to India. However, Redmi did not comment on the matter.
The 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant of Redmi 9A is launched
Earlier, the Redmi 9A had 2GB RAM and 32GB storage and 4GB RAM and 64GB storage in China. They were priced at around Rs 5,300 and Rs 8,300 respectively (3GB RAM variant in India is priced at Rs 8,499). This time the phone will have 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. Priced at 699 yuan, about 7,800 rupees. Meanwhile, the new storage variant of the phone has the same specifications.
Redmi 9A Specification
The dual SIM Redmi 9A smartphone has a 6.53-inch HD Plus display. The resolution of this display is 720 × 1600 pixels and the aspect ratio are 20: 9. This smartphone is powered by Octa core MediaTek Helio G25 processor. Comes with up to 3 GB RAM and up to 32 GB internal storage. Its storage can be expanded via microSD. This phone has P2i coating and IR blaster.
For photography, the Redmi 9A has a camera on the back, which is a 13-megapixel sensor. The aperture of this camera is f / 2.2. There is also a 5-megapixel front camera with f / 2.2 lens for selfies and video calls. Again, this phone has a 5,000 mAh battery with 10-watt fast charging support. USB Type C port is available here for charging. There is also a 3.5 audio jack. Speaking of the operating system, it has an Android 10 based MIUI 12 interface. The phone has Face Unlock for security.
