As before, this facelift variant of MG Hector has alloy wheels. That means the wheels of the car are made of comparatively light alloy. In this case the size of the wheel is 18 inches. Several changes are taking place in the interior of the car. However, the 10.4-inch touchscreen remains the same as before. The cabin will have a wireless phone charger and a three-step ventilation system in the front seat. MG’s i-smart system has also been updated. There is not much change in the place of the engine. The new 2021 MG Hector Facelift car has the same engine options as the MG Hector. In this case, the car has three types of engines. The first is a 1.5 litter turbo petrol power engine. It can deliver power up to 141 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. The second is the mild hybrid version of the 1.5 litter turbo petrol engine. It is also capable of providing appropriate power. Both engines have a six-speed manual gearbox and an automatic DCT option. The third is a 2.0-liter diesel engine. It can deliver power up to 163 bhp and 330 Nm of torque. This engine also comes with a six-speed manual gearbox.
According to auto-experts, the new 2021 MG Hector Facelift could rival several cars, including the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creata, Tata Harrier and Renault Duster, after its launch in the country.
